1. Eligibility
To open and operate an Aridika account you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, if higher), legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and resident in a jurisdiction where Aridika’s Service is lawfully offered. Aridika does not currently accept clients resident in the following jurisdictions: the United States of America (except for residents of Delaware, Illinois and Wyoming on a case-by-case basis), the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, the Islamic Republic of Iran, Myanmar, Syria, Cuba, and any jurisdiction currently subject to comprehensive sanctions from the European Union, the United Nations Security Council, or the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). The live country-availability list is maintained in the dashboard.
2. Your Aridika account
You open a single account per natural person. Opening multiple accounts under false identities is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of unresolved balance pending compliance investigation, and reporting to the relevant financial-intelligence authorities. Your account credentials (login, password, MFA factor) are yours alone and may not be shared. Any activity under your account credentials is deemed to be your activity.
3. What the Service does — and what it does not
Aridika is a technology layer that routes orders through regulated exchange venue partners on your behalf. Aridika itself does not operate a trading venue, does not hold or custody client capital in a company treasury account, and does not take a position opposite its clients. We are not an investment adviser, do not provide personalised investment advice, and do not accept liability for the financial outcome of trades executed by the autonomous engine.
4. Fees
The complete fee schedule is published in the Aperçu. Aridika takes no spread mark-up, no deposit fee, no withdrawal fee, no management fee and no performance fee. Our revenue comes from the maker-rebate side of trades executed through our exchange venue partners. Third-party costs (card acquirer surcharge, network gas, correspondent-bank SWIFT charges) are passed through at cost and shown before confirmation.
5. KYC, AML and sanctions compliance
You agree to provide, keep current and promptly re-provide any information Aridika requests for Know-Your-Customer, Anti-Money-Laundering and sanctions-screening purposes. Aridika performs continuous transaction monitoring and may suspend or close any account where lawful screening indicates a sanctions, fraud or money-laundering risk, in which case we will cooperate with the competent financial-intelligence unit.
6. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law.
- Open multiple accounts in order to circumvent our risk, promotional or KYC controls.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or probe the Aridika model, the dashboard, our APIs or our infrastructure.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, our servers, or any network connected to the Service.
- Use the Service to fund terrorism, launder money, evade tax or sanctions, or commit any form of fraud.
- Represent yourself as being affiliated with or endorsed by Aridika when you are not.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially re-distribute any part of the Service.
7. Intellectual property
All content, source code, trade marks, logos, trading-model weights, training data, documentation and other materials made available via the Service are the exclusive property of Aridika Research Lab OÜ or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right in or to that intellectual property beyond the limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.
8. Risk disclaimers & limitation of liability
Digital-asset trading can lose as well as gain value. Past performance never guarantees future outcomes. Aridika makes no representation and provides no guarantee as to the specific performance of any account, risk profile or trading cycle. See the full Divulgation des risques.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aridika’s aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms (whether in contract, tort, statute or otherwise) is limited to the fees you have paid Aridika in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; because Aridika charges no fees, that cap evaluates to zero. Nothing in these Terms limits Aridika’s liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited.
9. Suspension and termination
Aridika may suspend or terminate your account immediately if (i) you are in material breach of these Terms, (ii) continued operation would place Aridika in breach of a legal or regulatory obligation, (iii) your activity poses a security, fraud or sanctions risk, or (iv) you request closure. On termination we will return your available balance via the funding rail of your choice, subject to pending compliance checks.
10. Force majeure
Aridika will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of the Service to the extent that failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation acts of god, acts of government, acts of war, pandemics, cyber-attacks, exchange venue outages, blockchain outages, hard forks, or the failure or outage of any third-party infrastructure provider.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Harju County, Estonia, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, except that nothing in this clause removes a consumer’s right to bring an action before the courts of their country of habitual residence under applicable consumer-protection law.
12. Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email to account holders at least 14 days before taking effect, and will be visible on this page. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
