Risk Disclosure
Last updated: 1 October 2026. This Risk Disclosure sets out, in plain language, the principal risks of using the Aridika autonomous AI crypto trading platform (the “Service”). You should read it in full before funding an account. If any part of it is unclear, contact our Tallinn desk at [email protected].
1. Capital-loss risk
Digital-asset trading can lose as well as gain value. Depending on the risk profile you select, and on market conditions, your account balance may fall — including by material amounts in a single trading week — and in extreme scenarios may lose all of its value. Never commit capital you are not prepared to lose.
2. Market volatility and liquidity risk
Digital-asset markets are substantially more volatile than traditional equity, bond or currency markets. During periods of market stress, liquidity can disappear rapidly, spreads can widen, and the engine may be unable to exit a position at the price it would in normal conditions. Flash crashes have occurred in digital-asset markets and may occur again.
3. Risk-profile-specific risk ceilings
- Estable — historical weekly drawdown ceiling of approximately 3% in trailing 24-month data. Extreme-event ceilings may be higher.
- Dinámica — historical weekly drawdown ceiling of approximately 7%.
- Pionero — historical weekly drawdown ceiling of approximately 14%, with occasional larger weeks during market stress.
Historical ceilings are descriptive, not prescriptive. The engine does not operate a stop-loss at the ceiling level, and actual drawdowns may exceed historical ceilings in individual accounts and individual weeks.
4. Model risk
The Aridika engine is a statistical model. All statistical models operate on patterns observed in historical data; when the pattern-generating process changes (regime change, novel event, exogenous shock), the model may make loss-making trades for a sustained period. Aridika re-trains and re-weights continuously, but the lag between a regime change and the model adapting to it is non-zero.
5. Operational risk
The Service depends on exchange venue partners, custody partners, payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers and internet connectivity. Outages, hard forks, exchange suspensions, regulatory interventions, bank processing delays or blockchain congestion may delay execution, delay deposits, delay withdrawals or cause temporary mispricing. Aridika maintains redundancy where feasible, but cannot eliminate operational risk.
6. Counterparty risk
Although client balances are held in segregated custody accounts separate from Aridika’s own treasury, exchange venues or custody partners may themselves become insolvent, lose keys, be subject to a successful cyber-attack, or be subject to regulatory action. In such events, your available balance may be delayed, impaired or (in extreme scenarios) lost. Aridika mitigates this risk by diversifying custody and by selecting partners under internal due diligence, but cannot eliminate it.
7. Regulatory risk
The regulatory treatment of digital assets, autonomous trading and the Service continues to evolve in every major jurisdiction. New rules, new interpretations of existing rules, or new enforcement priorities may require Aridika to modify, suspend or withdraw features — in some cases on short notice, in some jurisdictions in full. Your access to the Service may change accordingly.
8. Tax risk
Tax treatment of digital-asset gains and losses varies by country of residence and by the nature of the account holder (individual, business, trust). Reporting is your responsibility. Aridika provides a downloadable transactions export (CSV, JSON) to assist, but we are not your tax adviser and we do not file on your behalf.
9. Technology risk
Software has bugs. Servers fail. Networks drop. The Aridika engine, dashboard, mobile apps and APIs may experience defects or outages. Aridika operates a formal change-management, testing and incident-response process; nonetheless, residual technology risk cannot be fully eliminated.
10. Fraud and scam risk
The success of Aridika as a brand attracts imposters. You may encounter phishing websites, fraudulent emails, Telegram or WhatsApp “signal rooms,” fake customer-support agents or copycat mobile apps that impersonate Aridika. We will never request your password, seed phrase, private keys or MFA codes by any channel. The only correct URLs are aridika.com/ and its subdomains, and the only official support email is [email protected].
11. Suitability
Autonomous AI crypto trading is not suitable for every person or every allocation. In particular, it is not suitable for capital you may need to withdraw on short notice, capital that forms part of your emergency fund, capital you cannot afford to see drawn down by 10-20% in a bad week on the higher-risk profiles, or capital whose loss would materially affect your lifestyle. If you are unsure, consult a licensed financial adviser in your jurisdiction before depositing.
12. No deposit insurance
Your Aridika balance is not covered by any sovereign deposit-insurance scheme (there is no FSCS, FDIC, EDIS, IFIC or equivalent cover). The segregation of client capital at the custody level is a protection against Aridika’s own insolvency, not against market loss, exchange insolvency or custodial insolvency.
13. Acknowledgement
By funding an Aridika account you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted this Risk Disclosure in full. Aridika’s acceptance of your deposit does not reduce the obligations of this acknowledgement.
