Abuse Policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026. This Abuse Policy (also referred to as the Acceptable Use Policy) explains what is and is not permitted on the Aridika platform and website, how to report abuse, and how Aridika investigates and acts on abuse reports.

1. What counts as abuse

For the purposes of this policy, “abuse” includes but is not limited to:

  • Fraudulent account activity — opening accounts under false identities, impersonating another person, operating multiple accounts to evade promotional or risk controls, or any activity that constitutes fraud under applicable law.
  • Market manipulation — any attempt to use the Service in a scheme that qualifies as market manipulation, spoofing, layering, wash-trading or similar on any venue Aridika routes to.
  • Money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion — any use of the Service for or in connection with these activities.
  • Technical abuse — attempting to scrape, probe, overload or compromise Aridika’s infrastructure, APIs, model weights or dashboards; vulnerability exploitation; credential stuffing; distributed denial of service.
  • Content abuse — using the Signal Letter, support channels or any public comment facility to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, harassing, obscene, infringing of third-party rights, or that promotes any of the activities listed above.
  • Social engineering — attempting to deceive Aridika staff into disclosing information or taking actions outside of standard procedures.

2. How to report abuse

Reports of abuse of the Aridika platform, website, email channels or trademarks should be sent to [email protected]. Please include, at minimum: a description of the activity, URL(s) or account identifier(s) if known, screenshots or logs where available, your contact information, and (if you are reporting on behalf of an organisation) your authority to do so. We acknowledge every abuse report within one business day and provide a status update within five business days.

3. How we investigate

Our Trust & Safety team reviews every report. We may: (i) request additional information from the reporter, (ii) correlate the report with internal activity logs, (iii) consult with legal counsel and (where relevant) law enforcement, (iv) issue a warning, suspension or termination to the account(s) involved, (v) report the activity to the competent financial-intelligence unit, (vi) escalate to the exchange venue partners involved, and (vii) take any other action lawfully available to us.

4. Reporting illegal content hosted on Aridika

If you believe content on aridika.com/ is unlawful under the law of the European Union or an EU member state, you may submit a notice under Article 16 of the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) to [email protected]. Please include: your name and contact details (except where the content concerns criminal offences described in Articles 3 to 7 of Directive 2011/93/EU, in which case anonymity is accepted), a sufficient explanation of why the content is unlawful, the exact URL(s), and a statement of good-faith belief that the information is accurate.

5. Trusted flaggers

Under the EU Digital Services Act, Aridika gives priority treatment to notices submitted by trusted flaggers designated by Member State Digital Services Coordinators. Trusted flaggers should include their designation reference in the subject line.

6. Phishing & impersonation

If you encounter a website, email or social-media account impersonating Aridika, please report it to [email protected] with screenshots and the URL. Our brand-protection team coordinates take-down with the relevant registrars, hosts and platforms. Aridika will never ask you for your password, seed phrase, private keys or MFA codes by email, telephone, SMS or chat; any message that does should be treated as impersonation.

7. Enforcement actions

Depending on the severity of the abuse, Aridika may apply one or more of the following enforcement actions: warning; temporary suspension of the affected account; permanent termination; return of client balance pending compliance screening; blacklisting of IP/device/payment-rail identifiers; and reporting to law enforcement or regulators. Where reasonable and lawful, we notify the account holder of the action and the reason for it; where law enforcement instructs otherwise, we may delay or omit notification.

8. Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action against your account was mistaken, you may appeal within 30 days to [email protected]. Appeals are reviewed by a Trust & Safety reviewer not involved in the original decision. The outcome of the appeal, with reasons, is communicated to you within 14 days.
